Let’s move on to the Bitcoin analysis. Since our last update, the market has seen a significant drop, and our positions are now sitting in strong profit.
⌛️ 4-Hour Timeframe
In our previous analysis, Bitcoin was testing the 72,771 support level. Since then, price has broken below this area and
completed a sharp bearish move.
🔔 After activating the 72,771 trigger, Bitcoin started its bearish wave and has now reached 54,828, where it has shown a reaction.
💥 The RSI oscillator has dropped all the way to 10 and remains in the oversold zone. A move back out of this area could trigger the beginning of a corrective bounce.
✔️ If you entered a position on the break of 72,771, this could be a good area to take profits and secure gains.
As for the next setup, a break below 54,828 could trigger the next bearish wave. If this level breaks, we can look for a new short position.
