This is a good long with my confidence level is about 85% in this trade.
Havent done much analysis for the short position, but based on the market analysis, it should play this way.
for the long position though, start tracking the price once the price reaches the first gray box, confirm on the 1h tf for entries.

The trend has reversed. Exit the position and look for longs instead.
