At point 2 we saw that it broke the point 1 low before heading north. Now we are left with two options,
(1) it has broken the lower degree low at point 4, will it head north immediately or
(2) It will first take the higher degree previous low before heading north
It's simple as the pattern develops I will know, both options are bullish to me.
