Hello everyone, EURUSD has staged a strong rebound from the 1.1500 area after sweeping liquidity below recent lows, suggesting that short-term buying interest has returned to the market. However, from a broader structural perspective, this recovery has only brought price back toward the EMA34 rather than confirming a new bullish trend.
What stands out is that the 1.1560–1.1600 region now combines both the EMA34 and the nearest supply zone. In bearish trends, rallies into dynamic resistance often serve as areas where the market repositions before deciding its next direction.
From a macro standpoint, the US Dollar remains supported as the DXY holds near the 100 level. If US economic data continues to surprise to the upside or the Federal Reserve maintains a cautious stance on rate cuts, EURUSD may struggle to extend its recovery.
For now, buyers have regained short-term momentum, but control of the broader trend has not yet changed hands.
