By analyzing the 4H chart of GBPUSD we can see that it has finally returned to the 1.35 range. It swept the liquidity above 1.3575 and went as high as 1.3590 and then dropped, currently being traded at 1.3555.
I expect GBPUSD to drop further to the 1.3523 level which is the 4H IFVG High, and if it goes in the IFVG and stabilizes above the IFVG C.E. which is at the 1.3508 level, it can bounce back up towards the 1.3600 level, and sweep the BSL above the 1.3590 level and touch the 1.36 level.
Targets: 1.3570, 1.3580, 1.3590 and 1.3600
However if GBPUSD fails to keep itself above the IFVG C.E., it could drop further to the 1.3486 and 1.3460 levels respectively. Furthermore, if GBPUSD fails to keep itself above the April 13th NWOG C.E. which is at 1.3427, it'll drop further down to the 1.3400 level and 1.3380 then afterwards to sweep the SSL below this level and then make a move upwards.
Targets: 1.3500, 1.3485, 1.3470, 1.3455 and 1.3440.
