Robinhood has been consolidating since early February. After establishing a low on March 30, the stock has continued to form higher lows, suggesting a strengthening price structure. Based on this recent behavior, it appears to be developing a bull flag pattern.
Trade Plan
• I have set an alert on the downward-sloping trendline of the bull flag.
• If that alert triggers, I will consider opening a position, while keeping in mind that nearby resistance may limit the initial move.
• If price breaks above that resistance and holds, I will consider adding to the position.
Risk Management
If I enter the trade, I plan to place my stop just below the most recent low at $79.49.
