Welcome to this analysis about LINKUSD, we are looking at the 4-hour timeframe perspective, the recent events, the established formational structure, and what we can expect in the upcoming times. LINKUSD since showing up with heavy bearishness to the downside has developed some up-moves with which it is still holding the structure however a complete reversal did not yet fully emerged, in the current situation the bearish scenario should not be completely kept by side, LINKUSD firstly needs to determine further stabilizations before this can finally hold true, therefore, I detected all the important levels and likely destinies we should consider within the established structure and upcoming movements ahead next times.
Structural Developments:
As when looking at my chart we can watch there how LINKUSD has developed this main ascending-channel-formation within the schedule with the boundaries marked in blue, besides that LINKUSD has the coherent wave-count within the formation in which it already completed the waves A to D and is now setting up to form the wave E as it already bounced from the supports in the structure with the EMAs and the boundary lying there, this wave E will complete the whole wave-count and it will run directly into the upper-resistances with the resistance-cluster marked in red in my chart from where a pullback to the downside will be highly likely. After this emerged further conclusions about the further direction of LINKUSD will be made.
Upcoming Determinations:
Taking all these factors into consideration LINKUSD is trading in a constellation where it will decide about further destinies once it completed the wave-count and pulled back into the lower-boundary anew, basically, there are two potential scenarios given important to consider. The first is that LINKUSD manages to stabilize further in the structure and show up with movements to the upside from the lower-boundary this is a likely scenario as LINKUSD showed up with the reversals. The second one holds true when LINKUSD increases with bearish pressure further and does not manage to hold the lower-boundary, if this happens the whole formation will be completed as a bear-flag-formation, these two scenarios are important to elevate.
