SOL is showing early signs of a bullish reversal after a sharp sell-off from the 97 area into a low near 83.2.
On the 4H chart, price appears to have formed a Higher Low (HL) and broken the local Lower High (LH) structure, suggesting a possible Change of Character (CHoCH) and the beginning of a bullish shift.
That said, price is still trading below a major HTF supply zone around 89–90, so this is not a “buy blindly” setup — confirmation remains key.
Market Context
Strong bearish trend from ~97 down to 83
Liquidity sweep below the 83 low
Price built a Higher Low
Local bearish structure broken on lower TF
1H bullish momentum improving
Price is now trading above the EMA ribbon (short-term bullish shift)
Scenario A — Pullback Long (Preferred)
I prefer patience here and would look for a retracement into support before entering.
Entry Zone: 86.2 – 86.5
Confirmation: bullish reaction + micro BOS on 5m / 15m
Scenario B — Breakout Long
If SOL closes above short-term resistance with strength:
Condition: 1H close above 88.20
Entry: 88.20 – 88.40 after retest
Stop Loss: 87.20
Invalidation
Bullish thesis weakens if:
1H closes below 85.50
Price loses the 85.0 – 85.5 support zone
Pullbacks show aggressive selling with no bullish reclaim
My Bias
A short-term bullish reversal is developing, but the price remains below major HTF resistance.
Not chasing the impulse here. Best RR comes from pullback confirmation or breakout + retest.
