it proves the dollar still bullish

this week my old chart hit the target on commodity and oil... but I don't see a bullish signal to counter the trend DXY...

and the consumer index is still very low...I think FED failed on the rate hike... they would need to raise more rate
maybe need to wait November and Dec report..
