Gold witnessed a sharp intraday pullback after rejecting from the upper boundary of the ascending channel. However, price is now approaching an important support cluster near the lower channel structure.
This zone becomes technically important because it combines:

• Previous reaction area
• Liquidity sweep region

At the moment, the broader structure still remains intact as long as price continues respecting the channel support area.
