Dear Ziilllaatraders,
As I suspected in my previous ideas ( see ideas below ) there is a correlations between DXY and XAUUSD. There are forecasts of a drop in inflation numbers. This will cause the fed to be less hawkish to raise interest rates. This again is because we could expect speculations for a less tendency that the FED will be raising rates further more in the future. So thats why my Idea is that the dollar wil be dropping before and after the news. This will cause upward pressure for XAUUSD.
