XAUUSD H1: Could Sellers Pull Price Back Into the Sideways Range
Gold just broke above the sideways range at 4.020–4.055 that had held for several sessions, but was immediately rejected at the 4.100–4.120 resistance zone and is now weakening again. Price is currently pulling back, approaching the broken sideways range once more.
My plan is to sell if price makes a slight bounce up to the 4.080–4.090 zone with a rejection signal, stop loss above 4.100, targeting the old sideways zone at 4.035–4.045 below, where sellers could attempt to pull price back into.
If price holds above the old sideways zone and doesn't break down, the earlier breakout would likely still be valid, and I'll stay on the sidelines waiting for clearer structure rather than forcing a sell.
This is just my personal take based on technical analysis. Wishing you successful trading.
