EBAY Insider Trades [theUltimator5]
This is a simple indicator that uses all the historical insider trade data for EBAY and plots it below the chart, to clearly visualize size and direction of insider trades over time.
The data is from SEC Form 4 non-derivative insider transactions for eBay Inc. from 2016 through May 2026. Data is sourced directly from SEC EDGAR filings and embedded in the script.
Filter by any of the 46 insiders via the dropdown in the settings menu, or view all insider transactions combined.
Transaction codes:
S - Open-market sale (default on)
P - Open-market purchase (default on)
A - Grant / award from company
M - Option or RSU exercise / vest
F - Tax withholding (shares withheld at vest)
G - Gift
EBAY INC share buybacks excluded by default, toggled separately
Display modes:
Daily Histogram - green bars for net acquisitions, red for net disposals on each bar
Cumulative Line - running total of net shares over time, green above zero / red below
Both modes support Share Quantity or Dollar Value ($), where dollar value uses the average of O+H+L+C for that day.
Price data and bar dates are hardcoded to EBAY on the daily timeframe regardless of what ticker or timeframe is on the chart.
Includes a repositionable info table showing active settings.
