Previous Day Levels + London Open
This indicator plots the previous day's high (PDH), low (PDL) and close (PDC) together with the London session opening price, and flags closes beyond yesterday's range while London is open.
HOW IT WORKS
• Previous day levels come from the daily timeframe using the last completed daily candle, so the lines do not change during the current day and history matches what you would have seen live (no repainting).
• The London open is the opening price of the first bar inside the London session. The session hours and time zone are inputs, so you can adapt it to your broker or to other sessions.
• A triangle marks the first candle that closes above PDH or below PDL during the London session. Signals are evaluated on candle close only.
ALERTS
• Close above PDH (London session)
• Close below PDL (London session)
Create them from the alert menu and choose this indicator. They trigger once per closed candle.
SETTINGS
• Session: time zone and London session hours (default 08:00–17:00 Europe/London).
• Levels: show or hide PDH, PDL, PDC and the London open, and change their colors.
NOTES
• Designed for intraday timeframes (M1 to H1).
• This is a charting tool that marks reference levels. It does not give trading advice or predict price.
