Carryover Levels Tracker - Session Highs & Lows with Statistics
This indicator tracks carryover highs and lows from the Asia and London sessions into the New York session and following days.It calculates the high and low during the Asia session (default 20:00–02:00 ET) and London session (default 02:00–08:00 ET), then carries these levels forward. The script monitors wick touches and close breaks of these levels specifically during the New York session.Levels automatically expire after a user-defined number of sessions (default 10).
Key Features
Fully customizable session times
Visual lines with age-based fading, colors, styles, and width
Real-time display of each level’s age and break status (wick or close) during NY session
Statistics table showing historical wick touch and close break rates by level type and age:
Today, D2, D3, D4, D5 (always shown)
Optional D10 bucket (age 6–10)
Summary table of all currently active carryover levels with price, age, and status
Users can independently enable/disable tracking for Asia High/Low and London High/Low, adjust maximum age, table position, text size, and many other settings.Best suited for forex, indices, and futures on intraday timeframes for market structure analysis.Past behavior of carryover levels does not guarantee future results. This script is for observational and analytical purposes only.

Update - addedLive level drawing — Asia/London H/L draw at session close, not next NY close. Labeled "Today" until they roll forward.
Session shading boxes — Asia, London, NY translucent boxes, drawn live and updating bar-by-bar.
Optional session name labels — toggle, position (Top/Bottom of box, Top of chart), size, custom text, custom colors.
Stat integrity preserved — same-day wick breaks recorded correctly; no phantom carryovers.
ملاحظات الأخبار
AddedRaw counts in stat cells — optional toggle to show hit counts alongside percentages.
Three count formats — pct (n) (88.7% (55)), n/total (55/62), or n only (55).
Heatmap preserved — green/red cell shading still keys off percentage regardless of format.
Off by default — clean percentage view unchanged unless you opt in.
ملاحظات الأخبار
Hit-tracking session gate — new "Track hits during" dropdown: NY only / NY + London / All sessions.NY only by default — most tradeable read for intraday traders; previous behavior available as "All sessions."
Auto-syncs with session hours — gate uses your custom NY/London Start/End inputs.

Here's the release-notes update, complete in one block, matching the current v6 code:Major update — ALN + SSS session-stats dashboard, live Situation Read panel, and 50% midlines
This update expands the tracker into an all-in-one session-statistics dashboard. The original carryover tracking is unchanged; the following is added on top. Now on Pine v6.
Situation Read panel (always-on) — A live master read at the top of the table:
TARGET: the highest-value live level within a configurable daily-ATR distance band, so the headline is always reachable intraday. Selection mode adjustable (strongest odds / nearest / highest lifetime rate); flags "(far)" if nothing's in range.
VERDICT: combines the ALN directional lean with the SSS sequence filter — aligned, lean, conflict, neutral, or kill-switch warning.
One row each for the ALN read, SSS read, and live carryover-magnet count.
ALN Pattern engine (Asia → London → New York) — Classifies each day at the London close by comparing the London range to the Asia range: LEA (London Engulfs Asia), AEL (Asia Engulfs London), LPU (London Partial Up), LPD (London Partial Down). Measures how often the New York session breaks the London high and low. The framework and the New York London-break methodology are modeled on the publicly published ALN study from nqstats.com; this is an independent Pine implementation, with its classification and break-counting logic verified against a separate reference implementation. Credit to nqstats for the original research. Includes a Pattern Stats grid (frequency, LonH%, LonL%, Both%, sample size), Edge Erosion (how a pattern's break edge changes when the opposite London level breaks first), and a Kill Switch that fires only when the day's actual first break invalidates the directional thesis.
SSS Sequence engine — Tracks the close-vs-open color of the Asia and London sessions and the historical New York outcome for each Asia→London combination (G-G, G-R, R-G, R-R). Configurable coloring; optional stats table; feeds the Situation panel as a confirm/veto filter.
Target Ladder — Live carryover levels sorted nearest-first, each with side, distance, age, and two probability columns: By Age% (touch rate by the level's current day) and By D5% (touch rate over its full 5-day life).
50% session midlines — Optional dotted midline at the 50% midpoint of each session's range, drawn inside the Asia / London / NY box. One toggle, with its own color setting. Useful for spotting reversion to the session mid.
How the new stats are calculated — Sessions use your configurable Asia / London / New York times and timezone. ALN and SSS statistics are measured during the New York session only; a level counts when New York price trades through it from either direction. Patterns are classified once, at the London close, and do not repaint. Statistics accumulate over loaded chart history (scroll back to deepen the sample; day count shown in the title), with an optional start/end date filter to pin a fixed window. Pattern Stats use London levels only, per the nqstats methodology.
Reading the table — Pattern Stats: Freq (how often the pattern occurs), LonH% / LonL% (New York break rate of the London high / low), Both (broke both London levels same day), Days (sample size). Target Ladder: By Age% (touch rate by current age), By D5% (touch rate over full 5-day life). SSS: for each Asia→London color combo (G = up, R = down), the rate New York closed green/red, with sample size.
Other changes — Full loaded-history statistics with day count in the title; close-level label merging; levels expire at D5 (Today/D2–D5 buckets); Active Carryovers sorted closest-first; functional "hide broken levels" toggle; muted grayscale session palette with three distinct line styles (Asia dashed, London dotted, NY solid); black table header with white text throughout; master plus per-section display toggles.
Statistics reflect the loaded sample and become more reliable as more history loads; smaller samples are noisier. Past behavior of these patterns does not guarantee future results. For observational and analytical purposes only.
