The AUDJPY pair has been trading within a 5-month Channel Up since October 2025. The price is right now sitting on its 4H MA50 (blue trend-line), having completed a 0.5 Fibonacci pull-back after a +4.01% rise.
Such rises and 0.5 Fib pull-backs have been the most common structure within this pattern. The 'weakest' rally we've had after such a pull-back was +3.55%. Given that the 4H RSI also hits its short-term Support Zone, as long as the 4H MA200 (orange trend-line) remains intact, we will be targeting 113.450.
