In typical scenarios this is a Bearish pattern... a basic one at that.
Why do i have a feeling it will break out upwards? They could be painting this picture to trap others. It's happened on some of the previous bear flags, where it breaks out upwards then comes back down.

Nota
Yep... it broke originially broke downwards then trapped the bears and pumped up. This is why imo you cannot bet on TA in times like this. Probably there will be another flag painted at some point, then people will be like easy.. it will do the opposite again. THIS time it will actually follow it's path
