After reviewing the recent earnings release as it looks like they're planning to do some restructuring and reduce its retail banking markets internationally, the markets have responded in kind - by dumping the stock price. It will be good to hold until the next earnings release and the prices has been range bound since March. Earning estimates have dropped and with good reason. Hold Rating.
