FSLY has officially turned bullish after breaking out of a long consolidation range in February 2026, signaling a potential trend reversal.
The stock rallied to a swing high near 34.8 before undergoing a healthy correction back into the Fibonacci Golden Pocket around 15.7. Buyers stepped in aggressively at this level, producing a strong rebound on more than twice the average daily volume, marking a double bottom pattern, price also just crossed daily EMA 200.
As long as the stock holds above 15 on a daily closing basis, the bullish structure remains intact. I expect FSLY to resume its uptrend and retest the previous high around 34.8. Further rally will begin after the breakout above 35.
The first major hurdle lies near 22, where a strong resistance zone must be cleared. A decisive breakout above that level could open the door for a move toward the prior highs.
