Hello Traders,
After the recent impulsive move up into the 349–350 area and subsequent displacement lower, price is now retracing back into a prior supply / inefficiency zone between 338–342.
This zone aligns with:
Previous intraday structure (LH area)
Local imbalance
Premium range within current swing
Lower boundary of prior resistance
Plan:
If price retraces into 338–342 and shows clear rejection (lower timeframe shift, bearish displacement, or failure to hold above 342), I will look for short entries.
Invalidation:
Clean acceptance and sustained trade above 345.
Targets:
First target: 325–322 liquidity
Second target: 312 major demand zone
This is a reaction trade inside a larger range. No trade without confirmation.
