LTM is once again showing strength near its major support zone around 3800–4000 which has been holding since 2022. The same area supported strong recoveries in May 2022 and April 2025 and buyers have defended it again in July 2026. This repeated demand absorption makes the current structure interesting for a potential bullish reversal.
I am expecting a recovery towards 5000 initially followed by 6000+ where the major falling trendline resistance is waiting. This trendline has been restricting the stock since November 2021. A clean breakout above it can completely change the long-term structure and open the way for a much bigger rally. The risk-to-reward opportunity looks interesting near this support zone.
