NVCN is expecting further significant strengthening in the exchange rate. The symbol contradicts this very low ATR and low speed. What we base our theory on is the fractal structures that have emerged in the past. At the moment we are at the beginning of the formation of a 2x fractal. The exchange rate is trying to rise from an ATR cross-axis. If successful, you can add another structure of 2x fractal.
