USD/JPY - Support Holds, Can Buyers Push Back Toward 160?
Hi traders, are you watching the pullback before the next move?
USDJPY is still holding a constructive H1 structure, with price trading above the Ichimoku Cloud and the rising trendline remaining intact.
The key area for me is 158.50–159.00. If price pulls back into this zone and buyers defend it again, I would still favor a recovery toward:
🎯 Target: 160.50
I wouldn’t chase price around 159.50. A controlled retest of 158.50–159.00 would offer a cleaner structure.
If H1 starts accepting price below 158.50 and loses the rising trendline, the bullish idea becomes much weaker.
AURICVERSE View: the trend is still holding, but buyers need to prove themselves again around the support zone. If they do, 160.50 remains the next level on my radar.
