V100 1S Triple Bottom Breakout: Why Pullback Entries Carry Less
Volatility 100 1s is showing a possible triple bottom formation after a strong bearish leg. Price has broken above the neckline, giving early bullish intent, but I do not view the first breakout as the best entry.
Breakout traders usually take more risk because they enter as soon as price breaks structure. The problem is that this area is often where liquidity is grabbed, spreads widen, and price can quickly pull back before the real move begins. That makes the entry emotionally attractive, but technically exposed.
Pullback traders have the advantage of waiting for the market to prove itself. A clean retest, ChoCH low formation, or higher-low rejection gives a better entry area, clearer invalidation, and stronger risk-to-reward.
Moves like this are typically entered too early because traders confuse the first breakout with full confirmation. For me, the safer idea is to wait for price to pull back, hold above the neckline, and then continue toward the target area.
Plan: wait for pullback confirmation before looking for long continuation.
Invalidation: clean break back below the neckline / demand area.
Target: previous reaction high / target area.
