WMT is cracking the 2-year trendline off the 2022 low — down ~12% from the 135 high, now testing ~119 support.
The fundamental tell: revenue growth looks fine on paper (~5%/yr) but that's nominal. Net of ~3% inflation, real growth is barely ~1.5%/yr. Paying a premium multiple for a retailer with stalling real demand.
WMT is up 170% since 2024; why exactly? Like the rest of the market, it makes no sense to pay up for less and less value.
