A bullish blue sequence is already in play, and price is currently trading inside its BC retracement zone with the C target still active.
What adds weight to the setup is the location.
Price is reacting from the lower edge of a bullish channel, which is a logical area for buyers to defend if the structure is going to continue. On top of that, the projected C target sits inside unmitigated bearish FVGs, making that area a reasonable draw on price.
So the idea here is simple:
As long as BC holds and channel support remains respected, I favor a bullish continuation toward C.
The market does not need to explode immediately. It just needs to defend this zone and start building acceptance higher.
A clean breakdown below BC and channel support would weaken the idea.
Until then, this still looks like a continuation setup rather than a failed structure.
