I’m watching XAUUSD around the lower weekly diagonal reaction zone.
Price has reached an important area after a strong downside move.
What I’m watching:
- reaction from the lower weekly diagonal level
- possible liquidity sweep below the recent low
- whether price can recover back above the zone
- intraday structure shift before any long scenario
If price fails to hold this area and breaks lower, the bullish scenario becomes weak.
This is not a trade recommendation, just my current chart plan.

Update:Price first swept liquidity below the recent low.
Now I’m watching the 4424 area very closely. For the bullish reaction scenario to remain valid, I want to see price hold this level and close back above it.
If price fails to reclaim 4424, the scenario becomes weaker.
Still neutral here, waiting for confirmation.
