XPL Ready to Explode? Bullish Wave Incoming (8H)

956
It appears that a bearish wave from a corrective structure has been completed, and the previous downside move has likely exhausted itself. Based on price behavior, reactions to key support levels, and weakening bearish momentum, the probability of a phase shift from correction to the beginning of a new bullish wave is increasing. In this scenario, XPL could start forming a bullish leg as part of a larger higher-timeframe pattern.

We have identified two entry zones for opening long positions. It is recommended to enter using a DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) strategy, scaling into the position in steps rather than committing full capital at once. This approach helps optimize the average entry price and reduces risk exposure during short-term volatility.

The first target is clearly marked on the chart, aligned with key resistance levels and prior structural highs. Once price reaches this area, it is advised to secure partial profits and move the stop loss to break-even. This way, you protect realized gains while allowing the remaining position to benefit from a potential continuation of the bullish move.

The invalidation level is also clearly defined. A daily candle close below this level would invalidate the bullish scenario and suggest that the market may re-enter a bearish phase. Strict risk management and adherence to the defined stop-loss are essential.

As always, this analysis represents a probable scenario based on current market structure and price action. Proper capital management should remain the top priority for every trader.
