  • Pattern quality score now reflects the breakout itself. The volume component of the quality score is captured at the breakout bar and held there for the life of the setup. Previously it tracked whatever the current bar was doing, so a score earned on a strong breakout could decay as ordinary bars followed. The score now stays an honest measure of the event that triggered the trade.
  • More representative volatility reading. The volatility gauge, the volatility filter and the adaptive tolerance that depends on them are now derived from a more robust historical measure. A single extreme spike inside the lookback window no longer compresses every other reading, so mid-range volatility is reported and filtered far more consistently.
  • Break-even handling tightened. The break-even level is now armed once per setup and is not re-armed after a setup has been stopped out. When multi-level take-profit is active, reaching break-even no longer pre-marks the first take-profit as achieved, so the stage tracking and the history status stay truthful.
  • More accurate triangle classification. Ascending, Descending and Symmetrical triangles are now distinguished by which boundary is genuinely flat, applied consistently to both bullish and bearish resolutions. Some triangles that were previously labelled Symmetrical are now correctly named.
  • Pattern Lock engages immediately. When Pattern Lock is on, the freeze is applied before a newly forming structure can take the display, so the locked setup holds on screen from the moment you lock it.
  • Selection priority reordered. Triple Top and Triple Bottom formations are now evaluated ahead of Double Top and Double Bottom. Where the same price action supports both readings, the larger and more developed structure is the one that is presented.
  • Volume-profile context guarded. The volume-based context level is only reported when genuine traded volume exists in the range being examined, and bars with missing volume are skipped rather than counted as empty. Symbols with patchy volume data no longer produce a misplaced reference level.


Performance and Stability
  • Detection work is now demand-driven. The heavier scans behind liquidity sweep confirmation, level-touch counting, pattern cleanliness scoring, volume-profile context and breakout location now run only when the relevant feature is enabled and the candidate structure has already passed its geometric checks. On charts where only a few pattern types are active, a large amount of work that was previously performed and discarded is no longer performed at all.
  • Higher-timeframe bias retrieved more efficiently. The higher-timeframe trend context is now requested in a single consolidated call instead of separate ones, reducing external data load and speeding up chart initialisation.
  • Bounded historical scanning. Backward scans used by the sweep and cleanliness checks are now held within a safe lookback range, preventing errors on charts with very long histories.
