CLEAN LIQUIDITY + 5 MIN SAR SIGNALS
Clean Liquidity + 5MIN SAR Signals is a price-action trading strategy designed to identify potential market reversals and high-momentum trading opportunities using liquidity sweeps, Fair Value Gaps (FVG), Inversion Fair Value Gaps (IFVG), Change in State of Delivery (CISD), volume confirmation, and the 5-minute Parabolic SAR.
The strategy combines multiple technical conditions to filter potential entries and provide clear BUY and SELL signals directly on the chart. It also includes ATR-based stop-loss and risk-to-reward take-profit levels to help structure trade management.
Key Features
Liquidity Sweeps: Identifies price movements beyond previous swing highs or lows followed by a close back inside the level, which may indicate a potential reversal.
Fair Value Gaps (FVG): Detects potential price imbalances that may act as areas of interest.
Inversion Fair Value Gaps (IFVG): Identifies potential changes in market direction when price breaks through a previously identified gap.
CISD Confirmation: Uses candle structure and closing-price behavior as a simplified confirmation of a potential shift in short-term market direction.
High-Volume Filter: Compares current volume with its moving average to help filter signals during periods of increased trading activity.
15-Minute Parabolic SAR: Uses the 5-minute SAR to help confirm directional changes and display SAR dots on the chart.
BUY and SELL Signals: Displays visual entry signals when the selected conditions align.
ATR Stop Loss: Calculates stop-loss levels using Average True Range to adapt to market volatility.
Risk-to-Reward Targets: Includes configurable take-profit targets based on a predefined reward-to-risk ratio.
Backtesting Support: Built as a Pine Script strategy so users can evaluate historical performance using TradingView’s Strategy Tester.
How It Works
A potential BUY signal occurs when the enabled bullish conditions align, such as a bullish liquidity sweep, FVG context, bullish CISD confirmation, sufficient volume, and a bullish 5-minute SAR flip.
A potential SELL signal uses the corresponding bearish conditions, including a bearish liquidity sweep, bearish FVG context, bearish CISD confirmation, sufficient volume, and a bearish 5-minute SAR flip.
Users can enable or disable individual filters to compare different configurations and evaluate their impact on historical performance.
Risk Management
The strategy includes configurable ATR-based stop-loss levels and take-profit targets. Default settings use a 1.5 ATR stop and a 2:1 reward-to-risk target. These settings are adjustable and are not guaranteed to produce profitable results.
Recommended Use
Designed for traders studying price action, liquidity behavior, market imbalances, and short-term directional momentum. It may be tested on NASDAQ-related instruments, including NQ and MNQ futures, but users should select settings appropriate to their instrument and timeframe.
