The 8/21 EMA is a trading indicator that uses two Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) to help you identify the market's direction and potential changes in momentum.
- 8 EMA: Tracks recent prices more closely and reacts quickly.
- 21 EMA: Reacts more slowly and shows the broader short-term trend.
EMA stands for Exponential Moving Average. It gives more weight to recent prices than a simple moving average does.
