Notas de Lançamento
Koda Fair Value Gap - Smart Money Alignment Indicator

Koda FVG is a precision-based trading tool designed to identify high-probability entry opportunities by aligning three core market principles:

Trend + Liquidity + Imbalance
Unlike traditional indicators that rely on lagging signals, Koda FVG integrates multi-timeframe analysis, liquidity behavior, and institutional price inefficiencies to provide a structured, rule-based approach to market entries.

What Makes Koda FVG Unique

Koda FVG is not just an FVG indicator — it is a confluence engine.
It filters signals through:

• Higher Timeframe Trend (HTF bias)
• Lower Timeframe Liquidity Sweeps (1-minute fakeouts)
• 5-Minute Fair Value Gaps (institutional imbalances)

Signals are only generated when all three conditions align, dramatically reducing noise and improving trade quality.

How It Works (Core Logic)
1. Higher Timeframe Trend Detection

The script uses an EMA-based structure on a user-defined timeframe to determine directional bias:
• Price above rising EMA → Bullish trend
• Price below falling EMA → Bearish trend

This ensures trades are always taken with the dominant market direction
________________________________________

2. Liquidity Sweep (Fakeout Detection)
On the 1-minute timeframe, the script identifies:
• Breaks of recent highs/lows
• Followed by immediate rejection
This represents liquidity grabs, where retail traders are trapped and institutions reposition
________________________________________

3. Fair Value Gap (FVG) Identification
On the 5-minute timeframe, the script detects:
• Bullish FVG: when price leaves an upward imbalance
• Bearish FVG: when price leaves a downward imbalance

These zones represent inefficiencies where price is likely to return
________________________________________

4. Confluence-Based Signal Generation
A signal is printed only when:
• HTF trend is aligned
• A liquidity sweep occurs
• Price interacts with an active FVG

This creates a high-confidence trade setup, not just a signal

Underlying Trading Concept
Koda FVG is built on Smart Money Concepts (SMC):
• Trend → determines direction
• Liquidity sweep → identifies manipulation
• FVG → reveals institutional entry zones

The indicator systematically finds:
where institutions likely entered, after trapping retail traders, in the direction of the trend
________________________________________

Important Notes
• No FVG visible → no recent imbalance or it has been filled
• Small FVGs → may appear visually compressed (auto-adjusted for clarity)
• Fewer signals → by design (focus on quality over quantity)
________________________________________

Best Use Cases
Koda FVG performs best in:
• Nasdaq (NQ)
• Gold
• S&P 500 (ES)
• Forex majors
• Any high-liquidity market
