AAPL reported strong earnings in late January, but fell precipitously after. Earlier this month, it broke out of an upward channel, but bounced back off a support at 127. Given no fundamental cause for the drop, and a failure to break past the 127 support, a return back to the 137 resistance is distinctly possible. Should AAPL break past the 127 support on the downside, however, it is likely to continue down to around 120 (which would be a great entry or averaging down point).
