BTCUSDT 40K$ or 30K$ as next target ?(pump is more possible now)

As we can see price is near major support zones and strong daily supports are here and we are looking for at least a local pump to the targets and resistances mentioned on the chart.

Also market now is extremely bearish and the price is dumping so if these local supports here break price can dump more like the red path to the supports like 33K-30K.
