The price is moving inside a bullish channel. It has tried two times to break above the channel where in the third time it succeeded and hit the resistance.
It has also tried two times to break from the bottom of the channel but could not.
If the price goes up and receives enough power, it will break the channel and after a pull-back it will go higher.
But if it is not supported at the bottom, it will break from the bottom of the channel and after a pull-back will go further down.
