Depending on your trading style you can look at consolidation in one of two ways. 1) choppy boring & full of false signals or 2) choppy, boring & full of potential opportunities.
For traders of these advanced pattern formations, it's usually the later and on the EURUSD, we have 3 of those advanced formations potentially setting up.
I'll be keeping the 2 bigger formations on my radar, leaving the smaller ones to those day trading the London Session (maybe in my buddy Jason Graystone's Live Room if I dare insert a shameless plug) but we'll see what the markets have in store.
Also it's been a while since I've done this but I've written a blog post talking about drawdowns. As many of you know this mornings GBPUSD winner knocked me out of a funk so hopefully this post will open your eyes a little to how professional traders deal with drawdowns, because guess what WE GO THROUGH THEM TOO.
