Rate Hike Fears, Bond Yields, and Oil Price Spikes (all somewhat related) have pushed the small caps way below their 100 day moving averages.
Last time this happened was liberation day in April of 2025 which was reasonably worse headline risk than the Iran war today IMO.
Buy at these discounted levels and ride the wave back to all-time highs.
