LC has been in a sideways mode most of January, trading in the $5.40-$5.90 area.
We issued a buy alert at $5.40-$5.00 lever earlier and are looking to add once the next breakout happens. We very well could be getting that breakout in the next few days. If this New America mindset does indeed get legs and we think it will, it only bodes well for borrowers of loans and investors alike. We look for a break of $6.00 and a quick trip to $6.40 afterward.
We have seen some money flow into the call options in size.
LC has plenty of volume allowing one to trade this name in size.
