Bullish potential detected for MSTR

Entry conditions:
(i) lower share price for along with swing up of indicators such as DMI and swing down in RSI, and
(ii) observe market reaction around the yearly VWAP on the daily chart (currently $148.66).

Depending on risk tolerance, the stop loss for the trade would be:
(i) above the quarterly VWAP (currently $161.28), or
(ii) above the declining 150 day MA (currently $166.66), or
(iii) above the high of the gap-down day of 18th May 2026 (i.e.: $169.18).

UPDATE (week ending 05-Jun): Trade activated on Monday 1st June and continued to progress well to the downside throughout the week, with charts offering the opportunity to take a small piece off the table and improve profitable stops to an area above the declining 15 day EMA (currently at $148.30). Alternatively, hedging opportunities through options may also be applied depending on trading preferences.

UPDATE (week ending 12-Jun): A sideways price action week for MSTR saw the share price testing prior support areas of $114.95 and $119.80 from the opens of 6th February and 2nd April, respectively. Traders who wish to remain in the trade may wish to improve profitable stops to an area above the declining 15 day EMA (currently at $134.86), whilst other traders may wish to be more aggressive and look for a close above $126.65 (the open from 13th April) or $129.00 (the recent swing high from 8th June) as the exit stop. Alternatively, hedging opportunities through options may also be applied depending on trading preferences. Regardless, congratulations on a terrific trade!
