Top level reached and retracement occurred. I am expecting an imminent breakout.注释
As expected difficulty is persisting at the .1398 level. I continue to believe and signals continue to show a breakout in NEO against Ether. I will add some if we hit the .115 level again as I expect this to be a long term support level.注释
Breakout confirmed. Buy dips in NEO vs ETH and in general is the play. I am expecting a minimum return to the all time high against ETH, which should yield a minimum of a 30% out-performance.注释
