On Friday, a 13% drop scared investors. This is understandable. But if we look at the technical analysis, at a stage of accumulation this fall is still normal. The illustration shows two fractals. They are characterized by the fact that both fractal structures are formed in one accumulation phase. Therefore, I have reason to believe that a second fractal may result in a north turn. The analysis also shows that the second accumulative fractal amplitude (AFA) is twice that of the previous one. Therefore, it can logically follow that the size of the north-facing exchange rate could be doubled. Continuing this line of thought, I assume that the exchange rate target price may be 6.28 usd.
