Following previous cycles, Nvidia has been rallying for more than 2 years, creating an overall pump of approximately +1.000%. But now, everything is literally pointing to a significant towards the downside and with a potential drop of -30%, bears are totally taking over Nvidia now.

People are acting like Nvidia's crash is happening literally out of nowhere but if we just do some simple technical analysis, Nvidia is perfectly respecting the rising channel pattern. Obviously we won't see a drop in a straight line but another -35% is still overall possible.

Nvidia is now trading at the exact same level as it was about one year ago and after hitting the massive resistance trendline, bulls don't seem to be too strong. This rather seems to be a rounding top formation and it's still quite likely that we will see another move lower soon.
