Russell 2000: Small caps can outperform next

I'm looking at / here...The chart is setup in such a way that we could a massive breakout and a strong rally going forward. Downside risk is quite small, and if conservative, we could aim to risk 1-3 average ranges down.

This is potentially a MONSTER trade...

I'll be adding next week, on dips, breaking above this Friday's close, breaking the recent top, on oversold dips, etc. If we do confirm this signal, it will have an insanely sharp rally.

After today's close, we can label the smart money's 'buying spree' range, which will give us some key reference points. Also, the election key level, as well as the IMF key level. Very significant events took place, and the market will respect these zones if retested in the future.

It is set to gap up open above the highest daily low resistance...very strong action. Expecting a breakout of the all time high soon.

My futures position is doing well, bought the June contract when I published this.
