SAPIEN is trying to build a base after months of bearish price action, but the larger structure has not fully shifted yet.
Price recently broke the descending trendline, creating the first sign of a possible change of character. Since then, SAPIEN has been consolidating above its local range support while repeatedly testing the short-term resistance zone. This compression suggests volatility may be building.
The key bullish confirmation would be a clean breakout from the current range, followed by a reclaim of the previous breakdown area. That would strengthen the CHOCH and open the door for price to move toward the larger high-volume region shown on the volume profile.
The Synergy Signal oscillator is also reacting from oversold conditions, showing early momentum improvement. However, momentum remains near the neutral area, so buyers still need follow-through before this becomes a confirmed reversal.
