GOLD | Rising on Lower Yields, But Geopolitical Risks Remain

Gold gained around 1% as lower U.S. Treasury yields and weaker oil prices supported demand for bullion. The decline in oil prices helped ease inflation concerns, reducing pressure from higher interest rate expectations.

However, the market remains highly sensitive to developments between the U.S. and Iran. While lower yields are supporting gold, ongoing geopolitical uncertainty continues to create sharp volatility and keeps traders cautious.

Technically:

• Gold remains inside a sensitive consolidation zone between 4511 - 4544 until a breakout occurs.

• The market still carries a bearish structure in the short term, and as long as the current geopolitical uncertainty persists, volatility is expected to remain elevated.
• A move below 4511 would support bearish pressure toward 4492.
• A break below 4492 would expose the next support levels at 4461 and 4425.

• However, a breakout above 4544 would shift momentum back to the bulls and support a move toward 4574.
• A break above 4574 would open the way toward 4605.

Pivot: 4511
Support: 4492 – 4461 – 4425
Resistance: 4544 – 4574 – 4605

GOLD | Middle East Escalation Keeps Bears in Control

Gold dropped around $95 (-2.1%), exactly as projected in our previous analysis, as Middle East tensions supported the dollar and oil prices.

Technically:

Below 4462 bearish toward 4427.
• Below 4427 extends losses toward 4382
Above 4465 corrective rebound toward 4492
• Above 4513 bullish toward 4544 – 4575

Pivot: 4462 - 4465
Support: 4427 – 4382 – 4333
Resistance: 4492 – 4513 – 4544

Geopolitical developments remain the primary catalyst for gold volatility and could quickly change market direction.
