The fundamental factor unfolds a strong potential about a confident rise of gold. Breakdown of support 1900 changes the trend direction, after the fall a pattern is formed, foreshadowing the continuation of the fall. What next?
At the end of yesterday's session the price comes out of the flag down, thus activating the pattern. After making the local low of 1852, the gold comes back to 1875 and under the pressure of the bears, the gold is strengthening in the short zone, which tells us about the future expectations.
I think at this point the outlook has almost definitively changed. From the 1860-1865 area, we should expect a continuation of the fall after the formation of the "Flag" pattern
The short-term target is the support of 1840, then 1820. The medium-term target - the liquidity zone 1800-1790
