Pulu's Moving Averages
This script allows you to customize sets of moving averages. It is configured default as 3 Vegas tunnels + an MA12. You can re-configure it for any of your moving average studies. At the first release, it supports up to 7 moving averages, many parameters, and eight types of algorithms:

  • ALMA, Arnaud Legoux Moving Average
  • EMA, Exponential Moving Average
  • RMA, Adjusted exponential moving average (aka Wilder’s EMA)
  • SMA, Simple Moving Average
  • SWMA, Symmetrically-Weighted Moving Average
  • VWAP, Volume-Weighted Average Price
  • VWMA, Volume-Weighted Moving Average
  • WMA, Weighted Moving Average

If you are looking for only 3 moving averages, there is another script "Pulu's 3 Moving Averages".
版本注释
Pulu's Moving Averages (PMA)

A configurable 7-moving-average framework designed for structural market analysis.

Pronunciation
PMA = "puma"
Pulu = 噗嚕 ("pooloo")

PMA is not a single-purpose indicator.
It is a flexible toolkit for building and comparing moving-average structures on the same chart.

Default configuration
  • 3 Vegas tunnels
  • 1 MA12
  • Total: 7 moving averages

This layout is provided as an example only.
Vegas tunnels are referenced solely as a configuration example demonstrating the use of all seven moving averages.

Supported moving average types
  • ALMA — Arnaud Legoux Moving Average
  • EMA — Exponential Moving Average
  • RMA — Relative Moving Average (Wilder's EMA)
  • SMA — Simple Moving Average
  • SWMA — Symmetrically Weighted Moving Average
  • VWAP — Volume Weighted Average Price
  • VWMA — Volume Weighted Moving Average
  • WMA — Weighted Moving Average

Each moving average can be configured independently, including algorithm and parameters.

Typical use cases
  • Multi-MA structure analysis
  • Vegas tunnel variants
  • Trend compression and expansion studies
  • Moving average algorithm comparison
  • Research-oriented chart overlays

PMA intentionally does not generate trading signals.
It is designed as a structural analysis tool rather than a strategy indicator.

Philosophy
  • Give the user full control
  • Do not hide assumptions
  • Let structure speak louder than signals

No fixed strategy.
No forced presets.
No artificial limitations.
