the 200-period SMA, RSI is below 75, and price holds above the 21-period EMA. Uses a composite signal strength score
(minimum 3) combining trend alignment, momentum, and RSI conditions. Exits on death cross (EMA50 < SMA200) or trailing
stop. Designed for: CCJ, UEC, XOM, CVX, OXY, DVN, FANG, VST, CEG, LEU.
