# Market Balance Shift (MBS)

**Market Balance Shift (MBS)** is an original trend-following indicator designed to identify moments when market momentum shifts from balance into expansion. Instead of relying on traditional oscillators such as RSI or MACD, MBS evaluates the relationship between **candle efficiency, price expansion, and trend direction** to highlight high-conviction trading opportunities.

The indicator measures how effectively price moves within each candle and compares the current trading range with recent market activity.
