📝 Overview

The CandelaCharts - ORB Model is a sophisticated intraday trading indicator designed to capture explosive moves based on the Opening Range Breakout (ORB) combined with ICT Session Profiles. By dynamically projecting standard deviations from a defined session range and tracking critical liquidity sweeps, this tool pinpoints high-probability entry signals when market structure shifts (CHoCH).

📦 Features

  • Session Range & Standard Deviations: Automatically plots a customizable trading session and projects standard deviation levels (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2) from the initial range to act as dynamic support, resistance, and take-profit targets.
  • Liquidity Sweep Context: Tracks when the price sweeps a previous session's high or low, establishing the fundamental bias required for a reversal or continuation.
  • Market Structure Shifts (CHoCH): Utilizes a responsive pivot-based algorithm to identify immediate changes in character, printing precise signal markers when aligned with the sweep context.
  • Multi-Condition Signals: Generates bullish and bearish signals based on ORB breakouts, ORB boundary rejections, and ORB mean crossovers.
  • Intraday Precision: Built-in timeframe protection limits the indicator to a maximum of 30 minutes to ensure maximum accuracy on intraday charts.


⚙️ Settings

  • Session Window: Configure the specific timeframe (Timezone and Hours) to establish the initial Opening Range.
  • Extend Lines: Optionally extend the projected ORB deviation lines until NY Midnight or the Full Day.
  • Visual Formatting: Fully customizable colors for session zones, standard deviation levels, CHoCH labels, and signal markers. All titles and inputs are cleanly formatted for a premium user experience.

🚨 Alerts

  • Condition Alerts: Set up standard alerts using the built-in "Bullish ORB Signal" and "Bearish ORB Signal" conditions.
  • Dynamic Alert Messages: The script natively supports TradingView's `alert()` function to provide highly specific dynamic notifications on candle close. Depending on the setup, it will send precise messages like "Bullish Breakout Signal", "Bearish Rejection Signal", or "Bullish Mean Signal". Choose "Any alert() function call" when creating an alert to use this feature.
